At Amias Pickle, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Since pickles are food items, returns are accepted only in limited cases.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong product is delivered
The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery
To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and package.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Returns are not accepted for taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery.
